Rewarding PT Job

Our schedules are very flexible. My bosses so far have been very understanding about time off, including for gigs, traveling, or family reasons. I get to work with kids and do something I’m good at, and the School of Rock provides me with resources and method books I can use for the curriculum. I like teaching students music they enjoy, like pop and rock music, rather than forcing them to learn classical music.

Love the Culture

I love that I get to work with kids and share my passion for music with them. I’ve done private instruction before, but seeing kids make friends here and experience performing at venues is cool. Which is what most of them want to do and why they’re here. It’s also a part-time job, so it’s never been a problem that I’m a gigging musician and have to go on tour with my band sometimes

Love What I do

In the right school with the right coworkers, you’ll love going to work. – Plenty of opportunity for growth as a musician and for leadership roles. – Robust catalog of music to learn and teach. – Their proprietary software is solid.

Fun Place to Work

It doesn’t feel like I’m “going to work” since I’m going in to do something I love each day. I have so many great students that I love working with and look forward to teaching each week. Getting to see them perform what we worked on in lessons is amazing! Great community and comfortable and safe environment to work in,

AMAZING!

Best place to work, hands down. Great culture and the fact that we change kids lives is fantastic!
